TWILIGHT PRINCESS SPOILERS and unnecessary info in general

1. Which is your favorite form: Wolf or Human? Why?

human. i love wolf link a lot and he kills rats in the best way possible, but the way midna hiccups every time you dash is a tad annoying.

2. Which is your favorite temple & why?
twilight realm without a doubt. only for the aesthetics. the hand was creepy but i enjoyed being able to raise the stairs before the hand was able to pass and it just kind of fretted at being stuck.

3. Which is your least favorite temple & why?
probably the sky temple. the endless drop into the sky was terrifying. i also dislike the fire temple as well as the water temple.

4. Which is your favorite weapon & why?
bomb arrows. the bow and arrow in general, actually.

5. Which is your least favorite weapon & why?
spinner. technically not a weapon, but it becomes pretty useless.

6. Which is your favorite mini-boss & why?
all the minibosses were pretty meh. i agree with fenneke though, it was fun kicking the baboon’s ass (literally)

does the last bug carrying the last tear of light in lake hylia count? jesus fucking christ. actually, an actual miniboss would be the aeralfos in the sky temple. stupid assholes. i hate when there are multiples of them even more.

twilit fossil stallord. the first part anyway, with the sandpit. the jumping around the pillars part wasn’t so fun.

9. Which is your least favorite boss & why?
gonna go with blizzeta. she creeped me the fuck out, not to mention annoying-ass ICE PHYSICS jesus christ.

10. What is your opinion on Midna?
uhhhhhh i created a completely embarrassing email address featuring her name. i love her. a lot. she was my icon for lots of social media for a long time after first playing the game. i also find her true form one of the most beautiful sights i’ve ever seen. people who haven’t played the game disagree with me, but she is actually the most beautiful woman.

11. What is your opinion on Zant?
the final battle with him was fun. but it removed all the mystery from the character. he was always completely cray, i guess.

12. Which Mirror Shard mission is your favorite & why?
snowpeak, closely followed by temple of time. snowpeak is beautiful with the music. i hate ice physics, and i hate the ice guys who throw spears at you, but it’s got a great atmosphere. also, the soup!!

13. Which Mirror Shard mission is your least favorite & why?
city in the sky. endless falls are the bane of my existence.

14. Did you like the Twilight Realm? Why or why not?
UM, YES. it’s my favourite temple. i mean there are no inhabitants that can talk to you, but which temples do? i loved the visuals a lot a lot a lot.

15. Which level of the battle with Ganon is your favorite? Which is your least favorite? Why?
i kind of loved all of them, but if i had to choose it would be very very close between beast ganon and ganon on horseback. beast ganon bc of the tribal-y feels and the fact that midna whips out her powerz and throws ganon to the ground like the asshole he is. ganon on horseback bc i just kind of love horseback battles, and it’s super satisfying to get him with the light arrows after just seeing midna’s fused shadow crumble in his stupid hand.

i enjoyed puppet zelda, but not as much as the others. light tennis is satisfying, though.

Women are expected (celebrities are no exception) to smile, look pretty, and generally be a ray of sunshine in everyone’s lives. When someone as famous as Stewart doesn’t, the whole world freaks out.

If women are not smiling and happy, then they are probably whiny, difficult, a bitch, or PMSing–or so the world and media seems to tell us. Why can’t Stewart have a blank expression? Last time we checked she’s a very popular movie star and very in-demand, which must be stressful and not as much fun as everyone would think.

Plus, why fake a smile when you know every single person taking your picture is practically demanding a smile, while simultaneously judging every single aspect of your outfit? Not to mention that even if you do smile and then suffer some sort of unfortunate wardrobe accident (nip slip, crotch shot, etc), that they will viciously turn on you in a second?

Stewart also gets a lot of negative comments about her apparent lack of glamour or style and infamously wearing flats or sneakers when she “should” be wearing platform pumps.

This also bucks the gender expectation that women should willingly and happily physically suffer in order to look good (which she did big time, when presenting an award Sunday night). Stewart tends to throw that out the window, wearing Converse with haute couture as she pleases, and why not? What’s wrong with comfort and sticking to your guns instead of being pretty eye or arm candy?
